Husband sexually harassing

Since my husband’s stroke a year ago, He has been somewhat obsessed with sex. He wants to watch porn and flirts with woman. When we go out in public, even sexuall harrased a massage therapist, and his Physical therapist. He wakes me up in the middle of the night etc.
What do I do about this?
