My husband had a stroke blood clot right side brain

He is currently in rehab he doesn't have full control over his left arm and can't move his left leg. He is still currently on a feeding tube because he cannot swallow correctly yet, and his speech is some slurred. Almost every time I go there, he he is lying with his private part hanging out. One of the nurses covers him up, but when she leaves he uncovers again. I also covered him up and he just uncovers. I don't understand it. Why is he doing this? It is very hurtful, and he also is very angry at me at times and shakes his fist at me because I didn't let him die. He blames me for his stroke and ays he wants to go home. He gets angry at me for not taking him home. This is the hardest thing I've ever experienced my whole life. Heartbroken
