Not Alone!


3 1/2 years for me after two middle right Cerebral strokes, craniotomy, and cranialplasty. Try your best to hold on to your sanity. Try Yoga exercises as they challenge the particular spastic muscles. Always expect muscle rebellion the next day or so, but, constantly be prepared to be more stubborn than the spasticity. Plead with anyone you know to avoid the behaviors that lead to Stroke. It is your only way to warn the living during your experience of relentless torture .
