Oxygen Therapy

Oxygen therapy is one of the best things that you can to do. The recent nobel prize talked about how cells adapt to a reduction of oxygen. They go into hypoxia mode until they get snapped out of it. The thing that snaps them out is actual oxygen. So how do you get oxygen. Hyperbaric chambers incease the percentage of oxygen in your blood plasma. The theory is that it makes it way to these spots in your brain that really need it after stroke. The only issue with a hyperbaric chamber is timing. you can only be in there an hour otherwise side effects happen.
